This doesn't happen. After having either HSV1 or HSV2 more than about 3 months, infected are immune to new infection with the same virus type, anywhere on the body. Therefore you cannot spread your HSV2 to other body areas. Maybe rare exceptions for the eyes; try not to rub them when you have an outbreak. Otherwise no worries. For same reason, you'll never get a new HSV2 infection by sex.
