I want to test my pregnancy at home by using salt. is it necessary that my urine sample has to be first urine of the day?

The 1st morning urine is usually more concentrated & can test positive earlier in pregnancy than other samples. However, later samples would still contain placental hormones at some level. Urine tests can be falsely negative in early pregnancy but are rarely falsely positive at any point.
