A member asked:

I was prescribed clonazepam 0.5mg and escitalopram 10mg for sleep by psychiatrist. i got proper sleep with this medicine for one month. and after that i am not getting sleep please help me to know why?

It is NOT unusual to develop tolerance to sleep medications, and this appears to have occurred. A far better approach would involve a full-scale Sleep Hygiene Program. Have your psychiatrist set up such an intervention. Over time, this will be far more successful than sleeping pills.
