I went to the er at 13 wks, they did a ultrasound. i seen my baby move but couldnt feel anything. im now 17 wks pregnant, i have a small pudge, i dont feel any kicks or movements. sometimes i feel little gas bubbles in my stomach. whats going on?

Women with multiple pregnancies can often perceive kicks by 16bweeks while first timers may not until ~18-20. The fetus is actually quite active & has more room to flip around/move at 12 weeks than later. I think you are worried about a non-issue.

Don't worry you usually don't feel the movement till about 16 to 20 weeks even 22 weeks. If ultrasound is OK the fetus is ok It doesn't feel like a kick they are tiny beings 5 inches, 5 oz. in all that fluid , it feels like a flutter initially Good luck!!!
