It is impossible to get a good diagnosis without knowing the results of any testing that you’ve had done, but anytime someone has diarrhea and unexplained weight loss, they need testing done to determine the cause and to treat it. If you have not seen a gastroenterologist, you may benefit from that. If you have, you should follow up since you are still not improved. Good luck.
