The stated does of Lexapro is not excessive, and your symptoms may reduce. If the reason for the Lexapro has moderated, and the symptoms described continue on the present dose, consult the physician who prescribed the medication for guidance.

The best person to manage your medication is your Psychiatrist. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion. It is advisable to receive Psychotherapy from a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy along with your medication.
