I've had a missed miscarriage. no pain no bleeding, what treatment would be best for me i have high grade cervical dysplasia and a cyst in my left ovary?

Careful monitoring the high grade cervical dysplasia remains necessary, but products of conception are generally removed by a suggical removal (via a D&C), as retained products of conception may promote hemorrhage and other health risks (infection leading to sepsis). Consult your GYN physician for guidance.
