I had an etg test positive 2517 ng/ml and hadn't had a sip of alcohol. how can this be possible? please list as many reasons as you can think. my research say this is such an astronomical number but i do not know much about this?

Unexpected high levels of ETG are possible with "electronic cigarette use, heavy use of hand sanitizer, or consuming certain foods/beverages", so check with your physician to see what may be elevating the ETG level, since you have not consumed alcohol.
