Don't know of a list: but phenoxyethanol would not be on it in any case. Ethanol is NOT absorbed through intact skin, and in this product, the ethanol is complexed with a benzene ring that does not allow it to become free. Only alcohol containing mouthwashes that are swallowed, and skin sanitizers that are inhaled can cause positive ETGs. If a sensible cut-off (250-500 ng/ml) is used, this eliminates most of them.
