I have had a uti and finished the antibiotics on saturday. i am still having uncomfortable lower flank or abdominal pain. is this normal?

Not normal: Need to have urinalysis + urine culture if urinalysis is abnormal because the antibiotic may either have been ineffective against bacteria causing the uti, or the bacteria became resistant to the antibiotic taken. You will need to go on an effective antibiotic, if this is the case. Giood luck.
