Pain in left side of abdomen and fever. dr said it is uti and prescribed antibiotics. still have pain in my side 3 days later and also feel a lump?

Atypical UTI, PID?: Hmm... Something doesn't compute. UTI doesn't usually cause abdominal pain, especially on only one side. I'm concerned you might have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection due to gonorrhea or chlamydia, which also can cause UTI symptoms (burning urination, etc). Not sure what you mean by "lump"; if on labia or near vagina, maybe also an STD. Recheck w/ your doctor ASAP

I would get an ultrasound to look at both the kidneys looking for hydronephrosis and the gall bladder for gall stones.

Culture: if ur ua is abnormal- LE is + ve, do urine culture and take antibiotics accordingly.
