Nerve compression.: This could be carpal tunnel, which is a compression of one of the nerves in the wrist, or it could be from pressure on the nerve at the elbow. It is less likely to come from your upper arm or neck (spinal cord). You should see an orthopedist or hand specialist to help with the diagnosis and treatment.
