See your doctor now: Left sided pain could be from many things, such as diverticulitis, kidney stones, bowel trouble, adhesions, ovarian cysts, congested veins. In other words, too many causes to give good advice. But if the pain spreads and you are light-headed, you need to think of bleeding (ruptured cysts), infection and other serious conditions you shouldn't ignore. Might be ok but don't wait, go see an md.
