Arrythmia vs angina: You may have an arrythmia with your heart. Or the dizziness and pain could be angina pectoris. I would start with an ekg. Then an echocardiogram, to rule out heart valve problems, pericardial effusion, lv dysfunction , or abnormal motion of your heart wall motion. Then i would send you for a thallium exercise stress test to rule out cardiac ischemia.
