Ive had my period for a month i have dizzy spells and 2 weeks ago i had real bad my pains in my side and lower stomach what's wrong with me?

Ans: You need to see your doctor right away and be examined and lab work done and perhaps diagnostic testing

Long period: Would check you CBC ,blood count , as a long /heavy period can make you very anemic and as a result dizzy. Would check for fibroids which can precipitate heavy bleeding and or ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage or infection/ PID. Would follow up today with doctor /urgent care, need CBC and sonogram to check ovaries , uterus.
