Yesterday i had pain all over body was dizzy and nauseated today is lower stomach and lower right side of my back pain is still making me nauseus?

If you have: Fever u need 2 get seen, could have a kidney infection. Is this new or does it occur frequently? Pain with urination? Were u recently seen and prescribed the lortab or are u given that for when your back hurts? Are u sexually active? Consider pregnancy test if so. Do you generally sleep well at night? Is it possible u had a back strain and the lortab made u nauseated and dizzy?
