Im in blood thinners 15 mg a day, xareltro. i accidentally stood up in my camper and im taller then the area where the table sits at. i hit my head, should i be concerned, i mean obviously it hurts a little but nothing else is happening?

It is certainly a situation where you should observe some caution. You are at higher risk of having bleeding that could happen in your head and not realize it. Certainly if you notice any neurologic events or any difficulty at all, you need to be seen immediately. You should probably have someone with you for the next 24 to 48 hours.
