This is extremely low risk for HIV. Even among women of "unknown [HIV] status" or with "multiple partners", the vast majority do not have HIV, especially in the Middle East (including sex workers in places like Dubai). When a woman has HIV, the average risk for one episode of unprotected vaginal sex is one chance in 2,500. Finally condoms work very effectively to prevent HIV transmission.

When using a condom properly, your risk of HIV is dramatically decreased. I applaud your efforts to practice safe sex. Keep it up. Do not be concerned about the episode you described. Good luck.
