Hi, i have a non-visibile lump that is no more than the size of a pea, about an inch or less above my adams apple. it is a little to the right as well. i've noticed for at least a year most likely been around longer. no symptoms. 30 yrs. moveable?

Can be a thyroglossal duct cyst, lymph node, aberrant thyroid tissue. Get an ultrasound. Biopsy if suspicious.
