Minor discomfort when peeing, constant minor pressure on bladder. also currently have a flu (bad cough, chills, sore throat) is this likely a uti and do i need antibiotics or just drink more water?

Just drink more water in the next 1-2 days. If dysuria gets worse or there is change in urine characteristics (heavy sediment, unusual color) then you should see your doctor for urine test. Certain viral infection can be the cause of bladder infection if we want to put two syndromes (upper respiratory infection and cystitis) as one disease. Good luck.
