I applied dettol on my pimple around 4pm but it left a big red mark on my forehead. its not even reducing. i am really worried and tensed that will it heal and what can i do? i hope it will not turn brown or leave a permanent mark?

Dettol is a local antiseptic and not treatment for pimples. It will not leave a permanent mark
