Can't be done: Clearing up acne takes at least several days, and especially since you're writing, it's time to get a 21st century rx from your physician. A woman who can and wants to use the oral contraceptive pill is often cleared by it. Otherwise, a topical mix of Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide sounds like a good start for you; there are stronger meds if you need them. Good luck.
