Is psoriatic arthritis mild or severe? most sources online say mild and even claim most dont treat it systemically but read horror stories about it.. just worried as i have psoriasis. is this something that disables many with it or not?

Psoriatic arthritis can be severe and disabling, but most cases are mild. Although fairly common (25%) of psoriasis, usually it can be effectively treated to prevent serious outcomes. So you're certainly right to be concerned, but the odds are in your favor. Just be prepared to get care promptly with a rheumatologist (arthritis specialist) if you develop joint or back pain.
