The Europe Guidelines don’t recommend testing for or treating U. Parvum in general https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29924422/ But there is some evidence that it may be considered in women due to adverse pregnancy outcomes https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24318169/
