I was switched to np thyroid from levothyroxine 2 weeks ago. my period is now 5 days late and having a lot of clear discharge. could it be that my body is adjusting to np thus messing up my cycle? i had sex may 13 and my last period was may 16?

Yes, change in thyroid hormone level is likely the culprit. If your menses on May 16 happened normally (3-5 days with typical blood loss) then conception with sexual activity on May 13 is almost impossible. However, in order to erase any concern just do a urine pregnancy test if period does not come by next 3 days. Take care.
