See obgyn for us.: 10% of women have irregular periods! it will take your body some time to adjust to your thyroid problem even though it is normal. I advise a pelvic ultrasound to look at the thickness of the lining in your uterus and your obgyn may give you some hormones to bring on a period and do a pregnancy test.
