SOB after standing: Could be gastritis. Try ranitidine/ prevecid. Normal echo/ EKG eliminates lots of conditions- abnormal heart wall thickness, mitral valve prolapse , abnormal rhythms. Did you have a stress echo test? That may tell a bit more as you see heart response to stress/hyperactivity. Check PFTs for asthma and tilt table test for autonomic dysfunction like orthostasis or tahycardia (POTS). f/u w/doc
