I got injured my knee, & the time of the fall. i heard a pop. there is swelling and lumps on the side of my knee, bottom shin & top of knee. the pain is getting worse its sharp, aching pain that comes in waves or constant feels its in mid knee area?

It is impossible to diagnose the results of an injury to the knee based on just this description alone. It certainly is clear, however, that the knee needs to be looked at. X-rays or other test may be necessary. I would proceed to an emergency room or an urgent care center. Use cool packs on it intermittently while you are heading to get help. Good luck.
