You may be overthinking things, just a bit. If you were poisoned you probably would not be able to ask a question on this forum. If you are concerned, seek an evaluation at your nearest hospital.

Poisoned, no, or we would not be having this conversation. May have been malfunction of machine that mixes syrup w carbonated water, you may have cold, flu, strep throat, neurologic episode, etc. affecting your taste buds. See ENT or Neurologist.
