I am 5 wks, 2 days pregnant. i took 20mg adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) yesterday. has this potentially harmed the fetus and/or increased risk of mc? it was a one off.

A single dose OK: But messing with your autonomic nervous system can be dangerous for both of you. Sleep if you need it- for both of you. Stimulants can cause all sorts of rebound reactions.
