Twitching in the muscles around the eyes and the temples typically is from too much strain of these muscles due to squinting and clinching your teeth. You tend to squint and clinch your teeth when you are under more stress and also when you are under more stress it is more difficult to sleep. Try to chill and do some light exercise and take some time for yourself.
