On my left temple atleast twice a day i get a sharpe pain that i cannot bare for like 5seconds...and my left eye is now twitching everyday?

Temple: Likely a tension headache. Do you have any symptoms on the other side at all? I would consider temporal arteritis ,but it is usually a disorder of older people. The twitching would also make me think of some type of elctrolyte, calcium or magnesium disorder.
