My husband has been on testosterone that has still his sperm, which he has been on hcg for about 3 months now. we just did another at home sperm test and it came back that he was still low without stopping testosterone what can he do to up his count?

Total sperm count., tho important is not the only issue in fertility. The size shape motility etc are imprtant relevant factors. Also it might take a few more weeks and/ or need a lab exam. check with the doc Wishing you good luck
