Muscle comes from resistance training, either with weight/isometrics or resistance bands. Vitamins are not needed or of benefit unless your diet is unbalanced. Good healthy balanced diets may be available after consulting a nutritionist. At your listed age I would check with your doc for parameters of any diet and exercise training plan.
