High fever, C her Dr: Hope fever went down after ibuprofen. If not, needs to see dr.. Hope it's a virus, but uti, strep throat and pneumonitis all need to be ruled out and treated if present. At least call her pediatrician to discuss.

Worry tomorrow: There is the possibility that she is incubating roseola, where children run a fever for three days, the fever breaks a children break out in a rash that looks like measles, but isn't. Since this is day three of your child's fever i would wait and see what tomorrow brings.
