Ive had upper back pain for 3 weeks now between my shoulder blades & around my upper spine. ive gone to the chiro twice. it seems to help for a day then comes right back. im not sure what to do or how to help it anymore. is it my hiatal hernia?

Unless you know the cause of your symptoms, you should not expect that a chiropractic adjustment is going to make any difference. I would see your primary care doctor to get a diagnosis as to what is going on first. Then you can decide with that doctor what is the best treatment approach. Good luck.
