It means that there are changes on your EKG that would reflect a prior heart attack involving the lower part of the heart. It may or may not be true that you had a heart attack in the past. An echocardiogram would show if there is a motion issue in that part of your heart and what your heart function is. This would be a good test to have next so see a cardiologist. Good luck!
