There are no particular foods etc that can or cannot be taken with acid reflux. Just avoid those that cause bothersome symptoms. Both of these usually are used in small amounts and probably won't make much difference one way or the other.

You may have either of those, if they do not cause you to have worsening acid reflux symptoms. Each person has certain foods that make their acid reflux worse. You will get to know what foods you can and cannot take. If your reflux persists despite the short course of acid reducing medication, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist. Good luck.
