Acid reflux: There is no good explanation why some people get acid reflux with specific foods and others tolerate them well. If you find that soy is one that you cannot tolerate, you should avoid it. If you get acid reflex, you should treat it with antacids or acid reducing medications. If you need them on a regular basis, you should see your doctor. Good luck.
