Specializes in Gastroenterology

If you have had a work up at your PCP that does not reveal a sources of chronic diarrhea, you may need to have further testing, including possibly a colonoscopy to continue the evaluation. You should see a gastroenterologist next. Good luck.

Although you don't complain of other characteristics of it, I'd recommend consulting a gastroenterologist with a special interest in leaky gut syndrome as your workup thus far has been unrevealing in determining the cause of your chronic foul loose stools going on for a year. Nevertheless, the gastroenterologist will determine what other testing is appropriate for you.
