Symptoms...: other than fat in your stool, what other symptoms are you having? are you certain what you see is fat? while parasites may cause abdominal problems, they are less likely in developed countries. if you have traveled overseas or to a high risk area, it may be prudent to have more testing done. otherwise, there are more likely reasons for your symptoms.
