Common side effects of Vyvanse include decreased appetite, trouble sleeping, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, irritability, and anxiety. The label also warns that some patients may experience more serious side effects such as heart problems, high blood pressure, and mental/mood changes. Does that answer your question.
