Sure: You are taking the medicine for ADHD, not to control your appetite. The dosing of the medicine is to control adhd symptoms only. It's never expected to regulate your appetite. Some have reduced appetite. Others do not. I see you are on two medicines for anxiety, be on the watch for the add med to worsen anxiety, this is a definite possibility!

NOT USUALLY: I do not believe that Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) would make someone feel hungry maybe when you feel calmer you can eat but stimulants do not typically increase appetite. Either decrease or neutral.
