Why?: First of all, do not take any prescription medication that has not been prescribed to you! This could prove very dangerous. The effect usually wears off within 8-12 hrs.

Nonreative pupils: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is indicated only for treatment of ADHD, and should not be taken for other reasons. All medications, including stimulants, have the potential to produce dangerous side effects. Dilated pupils is one known side effect, but your pupils should still be reacting (sometimes it is difficult to see reaction when they are dilated). If your pupils are truly unreactive, an ER visit is warranted.
