Sharp pain behind ear lobe on the neck area press it sharp pain with following swelling of the ear canal and face is this an infection from the teeth ?

Infected tooth can cause referred pain to the ear and facial swelling on the same side but it should not cause swelling of the ear canal (external auditory canal). Take care.
