It's impossible to know the meaning of "sticky and swampy". Is this new or has it always been this way? Are you having vaginal discharge, or perhaps mucus from your anus? If you wipe the area, to you see mucus or fluid? Is there any odor? If none of these, it may be a psychological/perception issue. Either way, it would be reasonable to see your doctor if these sensations continue. Good luck.
