Dark urine is typically a sign of hydration status. Perhaps you need to drink more fluids. Flagyl does not typically cause dark urine but if you are drinking plenty of fluids and it is still dark, it is a possibility. Good luck to you!

Yes, Flagyl or metronidazole is known to cause a change in urine color/dark color that may persist for the duration of the treatment.
