Recurrent oral pharyngeal gonorrhea can be difficult to deal with. There are multiple combinations of antibiotics and other means to treat it, however. If it keeps recurring, repeat evaluation and perhaps a second opinion with an infectious disease doctor would be your next steps. Good luck.

If you have not gone to an academic center pl do so as they have more expertise and a collaborative team to solve comlicated and difficult cases. Good luvk
