Just by your description it is unlikely to be a cancer but impossible to know for sure Without being seen by a physician. You should make an appointment to see your primary care doctor if you are still concerned. Good luck.

The tests is covered with skin so the color of a lump there can not be seen. If it is on the scrotum ( the bag covering the testes) the it could be either a skin cyst (sebaceous) or something else and needs to be seen by a doc. So pl do so
