I've been having a migraine, tight lungs, brain fog, and sinus issues since the smoke from canada(forest fire.) started traveling south. i'm in va. the smoke is now gone in va, why am i still feeling this way? what should i do?

If your symptoms were solely due to the smoke, you would anticipate that they should be improving once the smoke has dissipated. It may be that there still is significant smoke that you just can’t see, or maybe you have something else going on at the moment in addition. Regardless, the only way to know will be to see your primary doctor to be examined and evaluate it. Good luck.
